Comments:I live in the Portland metro. I chose Color Magic to print some postcards because I could pick them up and have them in 3 days without excessive rush fees. I used Color Magic for a similar job several years ago and it was a good experience. This time I ran into some technical issues with their online design interface. I called Color Magic for support and quickly connected with Sean. He helped me with a workaround and paused my order while I waited for my co-editors to approve a proof. Sean's response time for each round of edits was excellent, sometimes as few as 10 minutes. After 4 rounds of edits (all due to last minute tweaks on my side) the final proof was approved, my order was in the queue, and will be ready in 3 days. Really appreciate Sean's/Color Magic's assistance and responsiveness. Will use them again and highly recommend.
